Crystal Symphony is a mid-sized ship at 68,870 gross registered tonnes and carries a maximum of only 1,070 guests and 655 international crew in six-star luxury. The lead-in accommodation category is the Deluxe Stateroom with large picture window, though most guests travel in Deluxe Staterooms with verandah, or one of 3 Penthouse categories which include butler service. Crystal Serenity underwent a US$25 million refurbishment in 2012 and offers guests a contemporary, ultra-luxe experience.
Crystal Symphony is smaller at 51,044 gross registered tonnes and has a maximum guest capacity of 922 with 566 international crew, again offering a combination of Deluxe Staterooms with large picture windows, Deluxe Staterooms with verandah, Penthouses, Penthouse Suites, and the ultimate in luxury - Crystal Penthouses.
